This is the second level of the Edward Jenner Leadership development programme for anyone aspiring to their first leadership or management role within the health and care sector within the next 1-2 years.
This third module of the Edward Jenner Leadership development programme is for anyone curious about developing skills in understanding team culture and developing more compassionate and inclusive teams.

This module aims to equip you with key management concepts and hone your leadership skills. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, learn how to navigate through challenges effectively, and build an authentic leadership style.
Discovering the 'how' of leadership and management – the management tools for leading effectively.
Duration: 4 weeks
Weekly study: 5 hours per week
